Every plan is the whole platform. The paid tiers are fixed packages with services you can switch on — and if none of them is the right shape, Corporate starts above Business and lets you dial every number higher.
Add what Pro does not already cover. The rail keeps score.
No feature is behind a paywall. Every plan is the whole platform — these are the ceilings, and the ceilings are the only difference.
| Plan | Free For the solo founder proving the idea works. | Growth For the small team that just started closing. | Most popular Pro For the team running every channel at once. | Business For the fleet with volume, compliance and brands. | Corporate More than Business on every number — then dial it higher. |

Need a shape none of these has? Corporate starts above Business on every number — and every figure marked + dials higher from there. The builder above prices it as you go.
Nothing here is a feature you already paid for. The services switch on beside any paid plan; the capacity rates are what a Corporate plan pays for anything above the package it already includes.
Train the AI assistant on 1,000 more characters.
One more number, page or account to connect.
SMS and WhatsApp messages at carrier pass-through pricing.
Unlimited chat and call history.
iOS and Android access for the whole team.
Remove "Powered by LeadsNimble" branding.
A named contact during business hours.
Guided setup, data import and team training.
One additional team member, on top of your plan.
A top-up when the month runs out. One credit is one AI task — a reply sent, a comment reply drafted, a conversation summarised, a batch of comments read for spam.
Seats step up band by band as the volume does; AI credits step down, because bulk credits cost us less to serve. Every rate here is charged above what the Corporate package already includes — the builder prices it live as you set each number.
Straight answers on limits, channels, services, graduated rates and what happens when you outgrow a tier.
It is a real plan, with no card and no expiry. You get one user seat, 300 message sessions a month, 150 AI credits — one credit is one AI task — 500 characters of AI training and Messenger — one of the six channel types — which is enough to run a small operation indefinitely.
What Free does not get is the other five channel types or any of the services. There is nothing to bolt on: when you outgrow it you move up to Growth rather than patching around it.
Not the features. Every plan ships the entire platform — Dashboard, Omnichannel Inbox, Leads, Social, Tickets, Task Manager, Invoices, Commerce, Meetings, Templates, Notifications, Automation, AI Assistant, Reports, Connections and Settings. Nothing is behind a paywall.
What moves as you go up is the ceilings: user seats and team members, message sessions and AI credits each month, the size of the knowledge base, how many numbers, pages or accounts you can connect on each channel, and how far back a data restore can reach. Alongside them, how many of the six channel types are open — Messenger alone on Free, three on Growth, all six from Pro up.
Services are the separate axis. The mobile app, extended data retention, whitelabel, priority onboarding and a dedicated account manager switch on beside any paid plan, and two of them are already in the plan once it is big enough.
There are six channel types: WhatsApp Official, WhatsApp Unofficial, Messenger, Instagram, Website Chat and Telegram. Free opens Messenger, Growth opens three of the six, and Pro, Business and Corporate open all six.
Connections are the second number — the phone numbers, pages or accounts you attach to each type you have. One on Free and Growth, three on Pro, ten on Business and twenty on Corporate — and on Corporate you can add more, at $6 per connection a month.
The plan sets how far back a restore can reach: 7 days on Free, 30 days on Growth, 90 days on Pro, 1 year on Business and 2 years on Corporate. It is a window, not a frequency — anything inside it can be brought back.
That is a different thing from how long your chat and call history stays in the app. Extended data retention, at $15 a month, is what makes that side unlimited, and it switches on beside any paid plan.
Two different things, on two different sets of plans. Services switch on beside any paid plan, from Growth up: the mobile app at $20 a month, extended data retention at $15, whitelabel at $99, a dedicated account manager at $49, and priority onboarding and migration at $199 one-time. Two of them stop being a line on the bill once the plan is big enough: the mobile app from Pro up, the account manager from Business up.
Capacity is the other kind, and it belongs to Corporate alone — extra seats, AI credits, message sessions, knowledge base and channel connections on top of the ones its base package already covers, plus broadcast credits at $0.01 a message. Growth, Pro and Business do not dial their numbers; that is what makes them fixed packages. If you need a different shape, build it in Corporate.
Free takes neither. It is a complete small plan, not a base to bolt things onto.
Yes. Wherever you have it, it is the full app — the same inbox, leads and tasks, on iOS and Android, for everyone on the team. There is no cut-down version on a smaller plan.
What changes is who pays for it. The app is part of the plan on Pro, Business and Corporate. Growth is the one tier that buys it, at $20 a month, and that one price covers the whole team however many people install it.
It is the tier that starts above Business and then takes your shape. The base is $307 a month and it already carries more than Business on every number: 25 user seats, 50,000 message sessions, 8,000 AI credits, 40,000 characters of AI training, 20 connections on each of the six channel types, plus the mobile app and a dedicated account manager.
From there you dial. Seats, AI credits, message sessions, knowledge base, channel connections and broadcast credits each go up at the rates published on this page, and the builder above prices every change as you make it.
What you cannot do is go the other way. The steppers stop at what the plan already includes — that is what makes the base a base — so Corporate is never the cheaper way to buy less.
It applies to the Corporate plan, and only to what you add above its own package. Seats get dearer as you stack them; AI credits get cheaper. Seats are $8 each for the first three, $12 for the fourth through seventh, and $18 from the eighth up. AI credits run the other way: $0.03 each for the first 500, $0.025 up to 2,500, and $0.02 beyond that. One credit is one AI task — a reply sent, a comment reply drafted, a conversation summarised, a batch of comments read for spam; looking things up in your knowledge base is free.
Message sessions are the exception: one flat rate of $0.003 each, bought a thousand at a time, however many you take.
Free, Growth, Pro and Business are fixed packages — their seats, credits and sessions come with the plan, so there is nothing to meter. Corporate’s own 25 seats, 8,000 credits and 50,000 sessions are not metered either; the bands start at the first unit you add above them.
One month of service, not a lower price. Growth is $588 a year — exactly 12 × the $49 monthly rate, with no discount — but the plan runs for 13 months, so the 13th is free.
Services bill the same full twelve months; only the plan itself carries the extra month.
Taka if you are in Bangladesh, dollars if you are anywhere else. It is set from where you are, so there is nothing to choose and no conversion to work out.
Every figure on this page — the plan cards, the rate card and the builder’s running total — is already in that currency, and it is the figure you pay. Each market is priced on its own terms rather than converted from another.
Nothing breaks and nothing switches off silently. You will be told which allowance you are close to, and you move up a tier — each one is a fixed package, so the next one up is simply a bigger package.
If no published tier is the right shape, Corporate starts above Business and lets you set each number on its own, pricing it as you go.
Any time, in both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep what you have already paid for.
