Built for every industry

If you run ads, LeadsNimble is for you.

One inbox, one AI assistant, one pipeline — pointed at whatever you happen to sell. The nine below are simply where our customers are today; the engine underneath them is the same one.

Nine verticals, one engine

Find the one that looks like your business.

Same inbox, same AI assistant, same pipeline. What changes is the noun at the end of the conversation — and the three steps it takes to get there.

Not on the list?

Different business. Same engine.

Nothing in the platform knows or cares what you sell. It does three things, and a property buyer, a course enrollment and a checkout cart all pass through the same three.

  1. Capture everything

WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email, SMS and your own site land in one inbox against one customer record. Nothing sits unread in an account nobody opened today.

  2. Respond instantly

The AI assistant answers from your own pages, prices and policies — at 2am, on a holiday, to the fortieth person who asked the same thing. Anything it should not handle goes to a human with the thread attached.

  3. Convert & measure

Pipeline, payment links, appointments and follow-ups on a timer, then the report that says which ad, page or campaign the money actually came from.

Your industry has leads. Your ads have leads. We make sure none of them are wasted.

Industry questions

What people ask before they recognise themselves on this page.

Straight answers on fit, setup and how much of this is specific to what you sell.

Almost certainly. The nine on this page are simply where most of our customers happen to be — they are not a list of what the platform supports. Nothing in the product knows or cares what you sell.

The test is much simpler than an industry: do people message you before they buy, and does something get booked, ordered or paid at the end of it? If yes, the same inbox, the same AI assistant and the same pipeline apply, and the only thing that changes is the words in your replies.

There is no “industry mode” to pick. You connect your channels, point the AI assistant at your own pages, prices and policies, and name the stages your pipeline actually has — “Site visit booked” for a property business, “Seat held” for a course.

That is the whole difference between one vertical and another: your own content and your own stage names. Everything underneath is identical.

It answers from your material, not from general knowledge — your product pages, prices, delivery terms and policies. If something is not in what you gave it, it says it does not know and hands the conversation to a person rather than inventing a delivery time you never promised.

You can also mark topics it must never handle on its own — refunds, medical questions, anything legal — and those always escalate with the whole thread attached.

One workspace can hold several brands, each with its own channels, pipeline stages and AI knowledge, which is exactly how the agencies on this page use it. Conversations stay separated by brand; the reporting can be read per brand or across all of them.

What that costs is a volume question, not a plan question — see the pricing page for how seats, contacts and message sessions are counted.

Payment links are part of the product. You send one in the same thread the conversation is happening in, and when it is paid the record updates itself — no copying an order number into a second system.

Which payment providers you can attach depends on your country; the deposit, fee and invoice flows on this page all run on the same mechanism.

Connecting your first channels and getting the shared inbox working is same-day. Pointing the AI assistant at your own content and getting its answers where you want them is the part that takes real attention — usually a few days of reading its replies and correcting them.

Most teams start with the inbox alone and turn the pipeline, payment links and automation on later. Nothing forces the order, and every conversation you have already had stays attached to the right lead when you do.
