What this is

Support answers the question you asked. An account manager knows why you are asking — how your pipeline is arranged, which automations you rely on, what you changed last month and what broke the last time something similar changed.

You get a named contact rather than a queue: someone to plan a change with before making it, to review how the setup is performing, and to escalate to when something is genuinely urgent. Included on Business and Corporate; an add-on on Growth and Pro.

Business hours, not around the clock — this is a working relationship, not an emergency line.

When people turn this on

A complicated setup

Multiple pipelines, teams and automations are worth having somebody hold in their head rather than re-explaining each time.

You are migrating from another system

Someone who has already seen your data and your old workflow makes the second half of a migration much shorter than the first.

The team is growing quickly

Roles, permissions and routing all need rethinking as headcount changes, and it is easier with someone who saw the previous shape.

Leadership wants a regular review

A scheduled look at what the numbers say, with someone who can tell a reporting artefact from a real change.

Questions people ask

Is this the same as priority support?

No. Support is reactive and ticket-based. An account manager is a named person with context on your account who you can plan with.

What hours?

Business hours. Anything outside those goes through normal support channels.

What if I upgrade to Business?

It becomes part of the plan and the add-on charge stops.
